Bonita opened the door to the technical offices and looked for Colin's door. She needed to get his input on the cannon, but she hoped she could use it as a chance to find out more about the nervouse tech officer, and about the Jaeger AI's he programmed.

Espero que usted y la familia sigue siendo así. Por favor, intenta convencer a Mamá de nuevo para ir a las montañas. Estamos trabajando muy duro aquí, pero no me voy a sentir como Lima está a salvo hasta que haya una cúpula rompen allí. I hope you and the family are still well. Please try to to convince Mama again to move to the mountains. We are working very hard here, but I will not feel like Lima is safe until there is a shatter-dome there. I know it is being discussed but it isn't like there is any tourism to anywhere on the cost anymore.

I am in Alaska now, which makes very little sense to me as almost everyone I have met agrees it is far to cold here for human habitation, and that is with it being Summer! I dread what winter will be like. I know Angela is here as well, though I have not seen her yet. Sadly, Gabe is also here as well, and while I value his intelligence I hope he gets easier to work with. (Yes, I am aware that I do not always have much room to talk there.)

In reference to the weather, I have made myself a portable heater and humidifier and am working on a "hot room" or rooms for all of us to spend time in. At this point I'm practically sleeping in the Jaegers to stay near the engines. And I have only overloaded once so far, so you can stop worrying so much.

I know this letter is very short, but we are all still settling in. I will write to you again soon.
